I am a creative and entrepreneurial attorney who represents real estate developers and other public and private companies in real estate and financing transactions. Prior to starting my own real estate and finance practice I was an associate in the New York offices of Kirkland & Ellis and Sullivan & Cromwell. I attended law school at the University of Pennsylvania where I was a Legal Writing Fellow and undergrad at the University of West Georgia where I was a national debate champion.
At my core, I am a problem solver with superior communication, research and analytical skills. I particularly good at comprehending and communicating complex ideas in plain and simple language- in person and in writing. I utilize these skills to structure, negotiate, draft and otherwise facilitate the best deals for my clients. Everyone, from my clients to my friends would tell you that I give great advice!
I moved to Los Angeles for the outdoor lifestyle possibilities! I enjoy biking, hiking and going to the dog park with my dogs. I am very competitive, I so enjoy playing sports and games with a special joy for mixed martial arts, flag football and rock paper scissors. Mentorship is important to me, so I seek out opportunities to mentor future leaders. I have coached 3 college national debate champions including the first team to ever with both national championship tournaments in the same year, effectively "uniting the crowns."
